With 14 years of experience in the language services industry, I have held diverse roles including Project Manager, Vendor Manager, Administrative Manager, and MT Consultant.

Over the course of my career, I have led complex, multilingual translation projects for multinational companies, managed specialised translations in sectors such as life sciences and marketing, and recruited talent across more than 100 language pairs. I played a key role in scaling a LSP from the ground up. I developed and delivered training programs for both internal and external teams, provided consultation on CAT and MT tools, prepared for client and ISO audits, created terminology management strategies, authored manuals and training materials, and overseen language technology operations.

While I am passionate about technical innovation, my work is rooted in strong ethical values. My focus is on ensuring that technology benefits all stakeholders. When it comes to AI, the question isn’t whether it’s good or bad, but: How can we leverage AI efficiently, securely, sustainably, and ethically?
